ThermalTech is
pleased to announce that eight more members of our staff have
achieved LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)
accreditation. 20% of our entire staff and 67%
of our engineering Principals are LEED® Accredited
Professionals, two of the highest ratios in the country.
LEED® Accredited Professionals are recognized
for their expertise in high-performance and green building
design.

Since our
founding, ThermalTech has been committed to helping owners
achieve long-term superior facility operation. From our research and
experience, we have found that high-performance design is the
natural way to accomplish this. We are dedicated to including
high-performance design features that make sense on every project.
In order to remain on the leading edge of this technology, we
are encouraging our staff to attain their LEED® accreditation.

The U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED®
Green Building Rating
System is a comprehensive, voluntary design and assessment tool
that helps architecture, engineering, and construction
professionals improve building efficiency and measure the
sustainability of their projects.
ThermalTech is currently
designing four local projects for which LEED®
ratings will be sought. We were one of the first engineering
firms in Ohio and Michigan with LEED® Accredited Professionals.
The firm is also a member of the USGBC and is an active
participant on the leadership
committee forming a local chapter in Greater Cincinnati.
