This 360,000 SF former pharmaceutical lab was totally renovated to support genome research. Major MEP system changes were made. A new central plant was constructed to provide steam and chilled water separate from the other buildings on the campus.
Benefit:
Commissioning of all new systems and equipment helped insure correct operation prior to start-up.
Central plant designed to meet USGBC LEED Certified rating.
