Single-story, 28,000 SF addition to assisted-living facility with 52 beds in two pods, each with nursing station and serving/dining area,  core area with laundry, kitchen and physical therapy

Benefits:
Soon after an addition was completed, the assisted-living facility, which had been only 20% occupied, filled quickly which delighted the owner and confirmed the value of attaching skilled nursing to assisted-living units.  We helped Altarcare develop this concept into a prototype.
