The 15,000 ton plant serves a dozen large downtown Cincinnati facilities, including the Cincinnati Convention Center, Paul Brown Stadium, Federal Courthouse, two hotels, and several high-rise office towers.

eight 1,875-ton electric chillers in series/counterflow arrangement, free-cooling heat exchanger for winter operation, 4,160-V and 480-V spot networks served from
ten 13.2-kV service-entrance switches
- Fault-current and short-circuit-coordination study using modeling and network design software
- Networked digital control system, fiber optic connection to customer sites, monitoring and billing software, innovative control sequences
- Life-cycle cost and technical evaluation for connecting 25 individual buildings to the CHW loop using custom-designed analysis software
- Over 5,000 trench feet of 18-24" street and building piping and fiber optic cabling
- Design of all customer connections and in-building interface modifications
