Since 2008, ThermalTech has been an official ENERGY STAR Service Provider, demonstrating our commitment to improving the energy efficiency of America’s commercial and industrial buildings.  By joining the ranks of other leaders in energy efficiency, we are helping to reduce our customers’ greenhouse gas emission levels and carbon footprints.  We continue to educate and train our staff by attending webinars, seminars and training sessions on Green Building design and engineering.

In 2017, ThermalTech reached the EPA’s “Most Active Licensed Professional” community where we received additional insight and training in regards to the Energy Star Program.   We currently track over 60 properties in Energy Star and certified nearly 30 of those properties in 2018 including Hamilton County Facilities, Queen City Tower, 525 Vine, Cushman-Wakefield sites and Assurant.
